The Professional Services Principal at Ekos Brewmaster participates in all aspects of the Professional Services Division including: strategic planning, lead development & pipeline management, onsite preparation & project management, opportunity conversion and correspondence. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with fast-paced work, enjoy critical thinking and deadline driven. In order to help ensure all aspects of this position are performed as expected, measurable metrics will be provided along with regularly scheduled performance reviews. This full-time, permanent position reports to the Professional Services Director.

What you'd be doing:

Strategic Planning

·      Support the expansion of the Professional Services Division

·      Attend monthly strategic planning meetings

·      Stay within budget and timeline for all projects

·      Advise on offered professional services and site monitoring pricing

·      Develop insights and actionable recommendations based on analyses

·      Recommend ways to increase efficiency

 

Lead Development & Pipeline Management

·      Spearhead lead generation activities

·      Create and updated lead qualification filters to support division objectives

·      Oversee creation of pertinent client documents such as: needs assessments, needs assessment proposals, and Letters of Engagement (LoE)

·      Create and update Systems of Procedures for lead development and pipeline management

·      Maintain dashboard metrics and translate into relevant reports

·      Update and communicate projects’ tasks and timelines to both internal and external point persons

·      Manage clients at various stages in the workflow pipeline, assessing and overcoming unforeseen obstacles that arise throughout the project

 

Onsite Preparation & Project Management

·      Complete all needed onsite preparations and time-sensitive tasks

·      Attend onsite meetings

·      Oversee project management activities, from introduction to follow-up

·      Maintain overall coordination of projects’ operations, which may derive from multiple sources such as: launch, remote training, project optimization, financial development, expansion planning, etc.

·      Lead, plan, and execute various professional services related projects - effectively handling multiple projects with various deadlines

·      Ensure resource allocation is in alignment with LoE

 

Client Interaction & Conversion

·      Convert onsite visits into Site Monitoring subscription fees

·      Document and interpret client information with an eye towards conversion

·      Provide superior customer service when interacting with clients, following a 4 - 8 hours response time expectation

·      Update and approve templates for communication with recurring issues

·      Follow up with situations that call for elevated interaction

 

Administration

·      Prepare and interpret reports related to the performance of key projects

·      Analyze documented work flows - making recommendations as needed

·      Contribute to SOPs for new departmental procedures

·      Monitor continuous reports that can be integrated into final deliverables for clients

·      Work closely with Marketing Manager on branding of all documentation

·      Analyze and interpret key operating data using collaborative software - Slack, One Note, and Sharepoint

·      Maintain a monthly campaign spreadsheet

·      Oversee creation of new onboarding and implementation boards in Jira

·      Complete other duties as needed

What we'd like to see:

  • BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or similar field
  • Five years project management experience
  • Light Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience in brewing, brewpub, or taproom a plus
  • Thorough knowledge of professional services related business models and operations
  • Ability to synthesize various sets of information to bring informative insights
  • Experience in training and high touch oversight
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment - both independently and within a team
  • Superior problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal, written, listening, and communication skills
  • Excellence in utilizing technology, computers, and current software solutions
  • Ability to travel consistently as needed
